An Absolute Hidden Gem in East Ham! I’m truly grateful and pleasantly surprised to have discovered this place it was tucked right in the middle of the street, and walking in turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve made! From the moment I stepped in, the service was top-notch. A special shoutout to Joshna & other lady forgot to ask her name who was incredibly warm and helpful. She patiently explained the entire menu in detail and gave fantastic recommendations that made the experience even more memorable. Now, coming to the food absolute compliments to the chef! The grilled chicken Mandi was hands down the best I’ve ever had in my life. The prawns ghee roast was equally spectacular flavourful, perfectly cooked, and bursting with taste. The ambience was calm and welcoming, and the service was truly exceptional. This is the only place in East Ham I’ve come across that combines outstanding food with such high-quality service. Highly recommended I’ll definitely be coming back!

Went out with my 2 friends, we loved the food but service was let down sadly. Food was amazing. So much to choose from, and I had never tried Keralan food before so had no idea what to choose but went with the flow, everything we chose from lamb to beef to chicken to seafood... everything was delicious. 4 star for service because we asked for starters and main to be served together, everything came 1 at a time plus waitress was more focused on giving 5 star google review than actually listening to the customer needs. We had to ask for more spoon for different curries, and tissues. We had to ask for the bill 4 times. My friends ordered takeaway food too as the food was incredibly delicious but again we had to wait 20 mins extra after finishing off our food. All in all she was nice but definitely please listen to customer needs, 5 star will come with ease, because food was 10 star, hats off to the chef!

Another gem in East Ham – a popular Kerala restaurant with an Arabic twist right on the High Street. Every dish was bursting with flavour and beautifully presented. The fusion of Kerala and Arabic influences really stands out. Service was impeccable – a special shoutout to Jasmine for her warmth and attentiveness. A must-visit if you’re in the area and love bold, authentic flavours!

Amazing Experience at SULAIMAANI – Thanks to Jasmine! I had an absolutely wonderful experience at SULAIMAANI! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the service was top-notch. A special shoutout to Jasmine, who truly made the visit memorable. She was not only courteous and attentive while taking our orders, but also incredibly helpful when it came to suggesting dishes. Every recommendation she made turned out to be spot-on – the food was delicious, perfectly prepared, and exactly what we were in the mood for. It’s rare to find someone so genuinely passionate about their work. Jasmine’s friendly attitude, knowledge of the menu, and care for the customer experience really stood out.

An impromptu visit turned into a delightful experience! We were pleasantly surprised by the flavoursome and beautifully presented food—especially the manthi, which was amazing. The friendly and attentive staff added to the experience. The only downside was that the restaurant felt slightly cold, with a chilly breeze whenever someone opened the door. Otherwise, highly recommended!

Stopped by for a Sulaimaani tea and it honestly blew me away. The mix of mint and cardamom was amazing! Fresh and full of flavour. You can tell it’s made with a secret recipe because it tasted like nothing else. Such a lovely drink done perfectly. I’ll definitely be back to try more from the menu.

Best Biryani and Mandi in East London – A Must-Try! SULAI MAANI truly serves the best biryani and mandi in East London! The malabar biryani is aromatic and layered with rich flavors, while the lamb mandi is incredibly tender and perfectly spiced. I also loved the fish curry meals – super authentic, just like home – and the prawns ghee roast was buttery, spicy, and cooked to perfection. If you’re craving real Indo-Arabic or Malabar cuisine, this place is a hidden gem in East London! And finally the ambiance was amazing
